Log into your account and go to Payments.

This is where you can find information about your upcoming payment: who is it from, what’s the amount and currency, to which bank account the payment will be sent, and when you can expect to receive it.

Stages of the payment

  • Scheduled — it means that the payment was scheduled to you by the customer but we haven't started processing it yet.

  • Processing — it means the payment was submitted to our banking partner and is on the way to your bank account. It usually takes 2 business days for the payment to reach your account.

  • Completed — the payment left our account and is on the way to you. It should have reached your account already. The delivery date is estimated based on prior payment history, though, so we can't guarantee 100% that funds are available yet.

What should I do if the payment shows as completed and I haven't received the payment yet?

There’s a good chance your payment will arrive within the next day or so, without needing to contact your bank. We do our best to time international payments to arrive exactly on the day requested by the customer, but sometimes intermediary and receiving banks introduce delays that are outside of our control.
