If one of your payments has failed, this is likely because you have an ACH filter set up on your bank account and you may need to whitelist our ACH IDs with your bank. An ACH filter gives you the ability to allow certain ACH debits (and/or credits) for your account.

The _ in the first ID is a space, and it needs to be entered in as well (it can’t be omitted).
