The requirements below apply when setting your initial password, changing your password, and when resetting your password.

  • It must contain at least 12 characters.

  • It must be a combination of at least 1 letter, 1 number, and 1 special character (symbol).

  • No spaces.

You can change your password for security reasons or reset it if you forget it.


To change the password, you'll need your current login details:

  1. Log in to your Pilot account.

  2. Click your account name in the upper left corner and select ‘Your account’ or 'Account settings'.

  3. Click on ‘Change password’.

  4. Enter your new password followed by your current password.

  5. Click ‘Change Password’ to confirm the changes.

If you forget your password and enter the wrong password to log in, your account will be locked after 5 unsuccessful attempts.


To reset your password:

  1. Go to the log in page and click ‘Forgot your password?’.

  2. Enter the email address that registered with your Pilot account and click ‘Send reset instruction'.

  3. An email will be sent to you with the subject ‘Set up a new password’ from notifications@pilot.co.

  4. Click the ‘Change my password' button in the email, and you will be redirected to the reset password page.

  5. Enter your new password and click ‘ Change password’.

Important!

  • The link to reset the password in your email is valid for 6 hours. After that, you will need to request a new link here.

  • If you don’t receive the reset password email, check your Junk or Spam folders, the email may have gone there by mistake. You can also try requesting a new email.

  • For security purposes, if you request to reset your password more than once at a time and receive more than 1 email, only the most recent one is valid.
