When you join Pilot we ask you to provide us with your personal data (name, email address, date of birth and address of residence). We also ask you to fill in your bank account details and invoice details. You can review all the information provided here

What will happen if I don’t provide my personal information?

If you don't provide us with your personal information we won't be able to fully activate your account. Similarly, if you don't provide us with your bank account details and invoice details we won't be able to issue invoices on your behalf and transfer payments to your bank account.

How is my personal information handled?

We take your privacy seriously and use appropriate precautions to ensure your data is only accessible to those who require access.

We use SSL to securely transfer data between your browser and Pilot and between Pilot and third-party providers.

We will never use personal information provided in Payout Details for purposes other than processing payments.
